• CNG Holdings, Inc. is a Colorado corporation founded in 2005 to own and operate our subsidiary companies: Colorado Natural Gas, Missouri Gas Utility, Colorado Water Utility, Wolf Creek Energy, and CNG Government Services.

  Colorado Natural Gas was formed in May 1997 and Missouri Gas Utility in November 2004 to provide natural gas service to both residential and commercial customers. As of December 31, 2004, the Company has installed 1,950,432 feet of gas main lines and 2,779,700 feet of service lines in Colorado, providing natural gas to 6,038 customers. As of January 31, 2004, an additional 458 customers signed contracts to connect to our Colorado system. As of December 31, 2004, the Company has 554,400 feet of gas main lines and 111,000 feet of service lines in Missouri.
